Neighbor's Choice Insurance Agency, Inc (formerly Acceptable Insurance of Texas) was started 20 years ago by Brian Wayland.  He built his business based on honesty, quality of service and by taking the time to understand people's needs.  We still use the same philosophy today to help our business grow and flourish.

Our Management Team

Jeff Caplinger

Agent and President of Neighbor's Choice Insurance Agency, Inc.  Jeff is from Temple, Texas.  After getting his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas, he became a stock broker.  In July of 2008, he decided to pursue a career in insurance.  Jeff is licensed for Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health Insurance for the state of Texas.  Jeff enjoys working with people, and most of all, saving them money!

 Wendy Wayland Caplinger

Agent and Vice President of Neighbor's Choice Insurance Agency, Inc.  Wendy grew up in the Grapevine area.  She graduated from Southlake-Carroll High School.  She has her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Spanish from the University of North Texas. In December 2008, Wendy became an agent for Neighbor's Choice Insurance Agency.  Wendy is licensed for Property and Casualty.  Since joining Neighbor's Choice Insurance, Wendy has enjoyed her time as an insurance agent and plans to have many more years at the agency!
